One-to-One Pastoral Support

What is One-to-One Pastoral Support?

One-to-one pastoral support is a person-focused approach for any young person or family who needs someone alongside them while they navigate challenges. It provides regular check-ins so that no one feels alone, offering a safe space to be listened to, understood and supported.

Support is tailored to individual needs through listening, validation and practical solutions that work for the person receiving support. This support can be provided to a young person, a parent or carer, or the whole family.
